Silent Slayer

Danielle doesn’t just practice yoga. She lives it. Her own practice is fierce, focused, and deeply committed – but when she steps up to teach, she brings a quieter energy to the room. She doesn’t need a lot of noise to make an impact. Instead, she has a knack for dropping in those small nuggets of information at exactly the right moment – a subtle adjustment, a different way to think about a posture, or one little detail that suddenly helps you find something you couldn’t quite access before.

Her relationship with hot yoga started after moving to San Francisco, when she walked into her first class and initially wondered what she had gotten herself into. She went back anyway, and eventually completed a 500-hour hot yoga teacher training in 2011. Since then, she’s taught in San Francisco, New York City, and Massachusetts, bringing years of practice, teaching, and firsthand experience into the room.

Danielle loves the physical challenge of the practice, but she also knows yoga has a way of becoming much more than exercise. She’s watched students experience those moments when something shifts – whether it’s finally understanding a posture, recognizing progress they hadn’t noticed, or discovering that what happens on the mat can carry into life outside the room. Listen closely in Danielle’s class–the smallest cue can make the biggest difference.
